3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1 If the goods tendered by the tenderer are not manufactured by the tenderer itself, the tenderer shall obtain a formal authorization letter from the manufacturer permitting it to supply such goods in this tendering (see Format Ⅳ-9-4 in Chapter 9 of the tender documents).
3.2 Domestic tenderers shall provide a copy of the duplicate of the business license, a copy of the tax registration certificate, a copy of the organizational code certificate, or a copy of the three-in-one business license (integrating business license, tax registration certificate and organizational code certificate); overseas tenderers shall provide a copy of the company registration certificate or relevant registration information.
3.3 Domestic tenderers shall provide the 2024 annual financial audit report issued by a certified public accounting firm (affixed with the official seal of the issuing unit), or the original or a copy of the credit certificate issued by the bank where their basic deposit account is opened within three months prior to the tender opening date; overseas tenderers who are unable to provide the credit certificate issued by the bank where their basic deposit account is opened may provide the original or a copy of the credit certificate issued by their depository bank.
3.4 If the tenderer is an overseas manufacturer outside the People"s Republic of China, it shall have a permanent service organization or authorized agent in China and be able to provide timely and effective after-sales service (at the project location); if an agent authorized by an overseas manufacturer participates in the tendering, the manufacturer shall have a permanent service organization or authorized agent in China to provide after-sales service; the tenderer shall provide an introduction to the after-sales service organization and a copy of its business license (if the after-sales service organization is an agent, an after-sales service authorization letter issued by the manufacturer shall be provided).
3.5 Potential tenderers shall not participate in the tendering without purchasing the tender documents.
3.6 Consortium tenders are not accepted for this project.
3.7 Tenderers who have not successfully registered (and whose registration is valid through annual inspection) on the Electronic Trading Platform for Mechanical and Electrical Products Tendering and Bidding (http://www.chinabidding.com) or BidLink Network (http://www.ebnew.com/) by the tender submission deadline specified in the tender documents shall not be eligible to participate in the tendering.
