Qualifications or Performance:1)The bidder shall be an independent legal entity that complies with the provisions of the Tendering and Bidding Law of the People"s Republic of China; 2)The bidder shall be a professional manufacturer of the bidding product or an authorized agent of the bidding product manufacturer. If it is an agent bidding, the original manufacturer authorization letter issued by the bidding product manufacturer for this project must be provided; 3)The bidder shall have successfully manufactured and put into use no less than 5 units of equipment similar to the purchased project within three years (from Jan 1, 2023 to present), and shall provide materials that reflect the key pages of the contract such as the contract signing time, contract subject matter, quantity, and contract signature page; 4)Bidders must complete valid registration on the electronic trading platform (http://www.chinabidding.com )for bidding and tendering of mechanical and electrical products recognized by the Ministry of Commerce before the bidding deadline (as the registration review of the mechanical and electrical product trading platform requires some time, if bidders decide to participate in this project bidding, please log in to the website as soon as possible to check if they are already in a valid registration status, in order to avoid affecting normal bidding due to the registration procedures approaching the bidding deadline). 5)This project does not accept consortium bidding.
