Overview:This project is the procurement of a complete vehicle chassis dynamometer for CATARC New Energy Automotive Research and Inspection Center (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. It mainly includes chassis dynamometer rolls, AC motors, measurement and control systems, braking devices, automatic vehicle centering devices, dynamometer roll covers, safety protection devices, automatic wheelbase adjustment devices, power distribution and feedback devices, pit covers, vehicle fixing devices, handheld remote control devices, computer hardware and software, UPS, driver assistance systems, force calibration devices, and vehicle cooling fans.

Qualifications or Performance:1.Bidders whose bid products originate outside China"s customs territory must be the manufacturer itself, or an agent directly authorized by the manufacturer. (If the imported products have not entered China"s customs territory prior to bid opening, the bidder must be a company registered outside China"s customs territory; if the imported products have entered China"s customs territory prior to bid opening, the bidder must be a company registered within China"s customs territory.) Agents participating in the bid shall meet the following requirements: ① A formal power of attorney issued by the manufacturer for this specific bid must be provided, clearly specifying the scope and term of authorization, and the power of attorney shall be unique and exclusive. (The power of attorney must be a direct authorization from the manufacturer, and sub-authorization is not permitted. The power of attorney shall clearly state the manufacturer"s contact person and contact information. The manufacturer shall issue a written commitment to bear the primary liability for the quality and after-sales service of the goods, and to coordinate and handle major matters arising during the project implementation.);
2.Suppliers shall have？three performance records？of four-wheel drive chassis dynamometers (configured with a single motor of 220kW and above with a 48-inch diameter roller) from 2018 up to the bid opening date (subject to the contract signing date), and shall provide the corresponding procurement contracts as proof.
