3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1. Unless otherwise specified, any legal person or other organization from the People"s Republic of China or from countries or regions normal trade relations with the People"s Republic of China may bid. 2. Handle medical device product registration and filing in accordance with the relevant contents of the "Regulations on Supervision and Administration of Medical Devices" ( Council Order No. 650), products that have not obtained a medical device registration certificate will not be recognized;
3. If the bidder is not the manufacturer the bid product, the manufacturer of the bid product must authorize the bidder, or an agent with the authority to authorize the bid product (and provide relevant proof documents that agent has the valid authority to authorize, the proof documents must be able to show the completeness of the authorization chain from the manufacturer of the bid product)
