4.本项目为“远程电子开标”（即供应商不需要到达现场，远程解密），供应商应当使用编制本项目（采购包）电子投标/报价文件时加密所用的数字证书进行解密，解密时限为主持人开启远程解密起30分钟内完成。各供应商在参加开标/唱价之前须自行对使用电脑的网络环境、驱动安装、客户端安装以及数字证书的有效性等进行检测，确保可以正常使用。

5.请各供应商在投标/报价截止时间前上传加密的电子投标/报价文件，未按要求上传的将视为自动放弃投标/报价。开标当天供应商需登录云平台通过“供应商开标大厅”进行开标签到及在线投标文件解密。

6.供应商需自行对使用电脑的网络环境、驱动安装、客户端安装以及数字证书的有效性等进行检测，确保可以正常使用。
