2. Class II and III medical devices manufactured within the territory of the People"s Republic of China shall possess a Medical Device Production License, while Class I medical devices shall possess a Medical Device Production Filing Certificate.
3. Entities engaged in the operation of Class III medical devices must possess a Medical Device Business License, while those operating Class II medical devices must hold a Medical Device Business Filing Registration Certificate;
4. If the imported goods submitted by the bidder are not manufactured by the bidder, the bidder shall obtain the manufacturer"s official authorization or distribution license to supply such goods in this tender.
5. Consortium bidding is not accepted for this project.
