3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1) Domestic bidders must submit a business license or institutional certificate, while foreign bidders must provide a company registration certificate.

(2) If the bidder is not the manufacturer of the bid product, they must submit either the original manufacturer"s authorization letter or a copy thereof (the original for verification).

(3) The original credit certificate issued by the bidder"s bank within three months, or a copy thereof;

(4) Products subject to compulsory certification (e.g., 3C certification) or access certification systems in the People"s Republic of China must provide qualification certificates issued by relevant Chinese authorities.

(5) Bidders must submit a valid copy of either the Medical Device Registration Certificate of the People"s Republic of China or the product filing certificate.

(6) If the bidder is an agent, they must possess either a Medical Device Business License or a Medical Device Business Filing Certificate.

(7) Domestic manufacturers must provide either a Medical Device Production License or a production filing certificate (if the license includes a Medical Device Product Registration Form, it must be submitted together).

(8) A power of attorney from the unit head, along with copies of the authorized person"s and the authorized party"s identification documents;

(9) A certified copy of the social security payment record for the bidder"s authorized representative [covering at least one month within the three months preceding the bid submission (excluding the bid month)] (issued by the relevant regulatory authority, except for newly established companies or cases where the legal representative personally participates in the bid).

(10) The bidder must possess the requisite capabilities to fulfill the contract and provide supporting documentation.

(11) Acceptance of consortium bids: Not accepted;

(12) Can one participate in the bidding process without obtaining the tender documents? No.
