Qualifications or Performance:(1) Legal persons or other organizations officially registered within the territory of the People"s Republic of China and possessing valid independent legal personality;
(2) This project accepts bids from manufacturers or agents. If you are an agent, you must provide a unique special product agency authorization letter issued by the manufacturer of the intended goods for this project (only one bidder can participate in the bidding for goods of the same brand and model); If both the manufacturer and the agent participate in the bidding of this project, only the manufacturer will be selected as the bidder;

(4) The bidder has not been included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People"s Court, as stated on the China Enforcement Information Disclosure Network (website) http://zxgk.court.gov.cn/ )The search results on the Credit China website (www.creditchina. gov.cn) shall prevail (the bidding documents shall be accompanied by a screenshot of the webpage from the date of the bidding announcement to the deadline for submitting the bidding documents on any day).
