3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1.The bidder (manufacturer) must provide at least one sales performance record of the ball mill cylinder liner with a specification of no less than φ7.9×13.6m for the brand products it is bidding for from January 1, 2022 (the contract signing date) to the present. The performance record shall be based on the scanned copy of the contract or the proof materials provided by the user unit of the cylinder liner. The materials must reflect the processing volume, product specifications, contract signing time, the address of the other party, the name of the contact person, and valid contact information.
2. Domestic bidders: 1) Provide a valid business license; 2) Provide a valid industry operation license certificate (if required by the state); Overseas bidders: 1) Provide valid enterprise registration certificates; 2) Provide valid industry operation license certificates (if required by the state).
3. Bidders must commit that the actual processing capacity of their cylinder liners at the Mirador copper Mine in Ecuador is no less than 12 million tons. (A commitment letter must be provided
