Qualifications or Performance:Qualification Requirement:1. The person in charge of the same entity as the other bidders of this tender project; 2. Have a controlling or management relationship with other bidders of this tender project. 3. Be listed as a dishonest executive by the Supreme People "s court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn) or on the credit information sharing platforms at all levels. 4. Enterprises that have been included in the list of seriously law-breaking and untrustworthy enterprises by the administrative department for industry and commerce in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System. 5. Bidders must provide proof materials within the building category, building services category or structural works category (any one of the three is acceptable) on the official list of the Architectural Services Department of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government. It is also necessary to provide proof materials that can complete structural appraisal, geological exploration, lightning protection and grounding detection, underground pipeline detection and mechanical and electrical equipment condition detection work (relevant proof materials can be the bidder"s own qualification proof materials or the qualification proof materials of relevant service partners. If it is the qualification proof materials of relevant service partners, additional cooperation agreements need to be provided). Contract Reference Requirement:The bidder must have undertaken at least one industrial plant new construction or renovation consulting service project from January 1, 2021 to the bid opening date (either currently providing services or completed, based on the contract signing date). Relevant supporting documents to be submitted: 1) A copy of the contract (if the contract content cannot reflect the performance requirements, a supplementary explanation of the technical agreement can be attached) should be provided. 2) The bidder shall be the direct supplier of the contract; 3) The contract should be signed or sealed by all parties, except for special forms of contracts such as electronic contracts and orders.
