Qualifications or Performance:1) Bidders shall be independent legal persons or other organizations with legitimate business qualifications; 2) Bidders who are manufacturers of the bid goods shall provide the "Medical Device Manufacturing Enterprise License of the People"s Republic of China" or the "First-Class Medical Device Production Filing Certificate" in accordance with relevant national regulations; bidders who are sales enterprises shall provide the "Medical Device Business Enterprise License of the People"s Republic of China" or the "Second-Class Medical Device Business Filing Certificate" in accordance with relevant national regulations. The production or business scope of bidders shall be consistent with the relevant national licenses; 3) The bid goods shall possess the "Medical Device Registration Certificate of the People"s Republic of China" or the "First-Class Medical Device Filing Certificate" that is valid until the bid deadline; 4) Bidders shall be manufacturers specializing in producing the equipment required for this bid or authorized agents; 5) Bidders shall have no major illegal records in their business activities within three years prior to participating in government procurement activities; 6) Bidders shall not be listed on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn) as dishonest persons subject to enforcement, the list of parties involved in major tax violation cases, or the list of serious illegal and dishonest behavior records in government procurement on the China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn).
