Qualifications or Performance:Qualifications or Performance:Qualification certification documents: (The original authorization letter issued by the original manufacturer or agent should be provided. 1. The business license or relevant certificates legally registered within or outside the territory of the People"s Republic of China are valid. Copies of relevant documents (with the official seal of the unit) must be provided.
2. If the goods provided by the bidder are designed and integrated (or manufactured) by the bidder itself, the bidder is required to provide a "Manufacturer Qualification Statement". If the bidder is not the design integrator (or the original manufacturer) of the goods being tendered, the bidder shall provide the "Manufacturer Qualification Statement" and the "Bidder (as an Agent) Qualification Statement", and the bidder shall obtain the original official authorization letter from the original manufacturer or agent of the goods agreeing to provide the goods in this tender (with the official seal of the bidder).
3. Bidders shall provide a copy of the 2024 annual audit report issued by an accounting firm (at least including the main body of the audit report, balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement) or the original or copy of the credit certificate issued by a bank within three months prior to the bid opening date (with the official seal of the unit).
4. Different units whose legal representatives are the same person or which have a controlling or management relationship shall not participate in the bidding for the same tender project and the same section. They need to provide the controlling and management relationship (with the official seal of the unit).
5. Within the three years prior to participating in this project activity, there have been no major illegal records in business operations and no major product quality issues have occurred. Please provide relevant statements. (The official seal of the unit must be affixed.)
6. Bidders are required to provide a commitment letter against commercial bribery (with the official seal of the unit).
