3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1、The bidder must be the manufacturer (integrator) or agent of the Automatic Frame Corner Drilling Machine for the equipment to be invested. If the bidder is an agent, one of the following materials shall be provided:
1)Authorization letter directly issued by the manufacturer (integrator);
2)Letter of authorization issued by the manufacturer (integrator) affiliate company (the affiliate company refers to the manufacturer holding or being held company, or the company subordinate to the same group as the manufacturer, valid proof of affiliation is required);
3)The letter of authorization issued by the regional distributor authorized by the manufacturer (valid regional distributor certification materials shall be provided);
Otherwise, its bid will be rejected.
2、1)Bidders within the territory of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions) shall provide the following supporting documents:
① Business license or legal person certificate of public institution or other legally registered certification materials;
2)Bidders outside the territory of China (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) shall provide the following supporting documents:
① Valid business license documents;
3、Performance Requirements: The manufacturer of the automatic hole-making equipment for frame corner sheets in this project must have at least one project with similar scope (defined as double-sided clamping hole-making equipment for composite materials and metal laminates) within the past 20 years. Bidders must submit at least one contract agreement signed between January 1, 2005, and the bid deadline, involving the manufacturer of the automatic hole-making equipment for frame corner sheets (the contract seller is not restricted), as supporting documentation. The contract must specify the signing date, content (including the aforementioned technical requirements, with technical agreements or related materials attached if applicable), and both parties" signatures. Failure to comply will result in the document being deemed invalid.
4、1)Bidders within the territory of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions) shall provide a bank credit certificate issued by the bank where their basic account was opened within three months prior to the bid opening date; (If the bidder"s basic account is held at a branch level, the issuing institution of this bank credit certificate may be the branch itself, its superior head office branch (business department), or the head office (business department). If the bidder"s basic account is held at a sub-branch (business department) level, the issuing institution may be the sub-branch (business department) itself and its superior head office branch (business department). Bidders must provide in their tender documents either: 1) a bank basic account opening license issued by the People"s Bank of China or its branches; 2) an explanatory document containing the name, account number, and serial number of the enterprise"s basic deposit account opening bank; or 3) valid supporting documents issued by relevant banks proving the validity of their bank basic account);
