For Class I, II, and III medical devices submitted for clinical use: Class II and III devices must possess a Medical Device Registration Certificate and Registration Form (new certificates are exempt from the Registration Form), while Class I devices must have a Product Filing Registration Certificate.
2. For Class I, II, and III medical devices manufactured within the People"s Republic of China and intended for clinical use: Class II and III devices must hold a Medical Device Production License, while Class I devices require a Medical Device Production Filing Certificate.
3. For the operation of Class III and Class II clinical medical devices: Class III medical devices require a Medical Device Business License, while Class II medical devices require a Medical Device Business Filing Certificate (not required if the medical device registrant or manufacturer sells the devices at their registered address or production site).
4. If the goods submitted by the bidder are not manufactured by the bidder, the bidder shall obtain a formal authorization letter from the manufacturer permitting the provision of such goods in this tender. For distribution authorization, the bidder must provide a valid distribution authorization letter. (Applicable to imported products; no such requirement applies to domestically produced products).
