Qualifications or Performance:1. Qualification requirements for manufacturers:
(1) Domestic manufacturers:
A. Equipment manufacturers registered within the territory the People"s Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan) with independent legal person status (must provide valid "Business License for Enterprise Legal Person" "Organization Code Certificate", and "Tax Registration Certificate");
Note: If there is a "three-in-one or multi-in-one" certificate, the business license needs to be provided.
B. The bidder shall not accept bids from bidders listed in the list of enterprises with serious violations of laws in the National Credit Information Publicity System (HTTP://www.gsxt.gov.cn/) or in the list of discredited persons to be executed on the "Credit China" website (.creditchina.gov.cn) to participate in this project, and there is no record of major illegal acts in business activities.
