Qualifications or Performance:1. Qualification requirements for manufacturers:
(1) Domestic manufacturers:
A. Equipment manufacturers registered within the territory the People"s Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan) with independent legal person status (must provide valid "Business License for Enterprise Legal Person" "Organization Code Certificate", and "Tax Registration Certificate");
Note: If "three certificates in one" or "multiple certificates in one", only the business license to be provided.
B. The bidder must not be accepted as a participant in this project if the bidder is listed on the list of enterprises with serious violations of the enterprise credit information publicity system (HTTP://www.gsxt.gov.cn/) or on the list of discredited persons to be executed on the "Credit China" website (.creditchina.gov.cn), and has no record of major illegal activities in business operations. (Provide relevant website query screenshots and a commitment letter that there is record of major illegal activities, format at your discretion);
C. If the person in charge of the bidder is the same person or there is a controlling and controlled relationship between or more units, they shall not bid in the same bidding project (provide a commitment letter, format at your discretion).
