3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1 Manufacturers must pass ISO9001 quality management system or equivalent international quality certification. A copy of the certification certificate should be attached to the bidding documents.
3.2 The bidder or manufacturer shall have the ability to develop and manufacture calibration modules for dummies and related instruments and equipment, with mature technical solutions or successful application cases.
3.3 Bidders or manufacturers shall have the ability to calibrate dummies and related instruments and equipment, and have independent dummy and sensor calibration laboratories in China.
3.4 The bidder or manufacturer must have rich experience in system equipment design, manufacturing, and installation, and must have similar project performance. The manufacturer must have one or more sets of similar equipment supplied domestically and internationally in the past three years.
3.5 The bidder or manufacturer has rich experience in providing services for dummies and related instruments and equipment, and has the ability to support the subsequent capacity building of Party A. The bidding party can provide professional equipment manufacturer personnel training and technical support to Party A. The bidder or manufacturer has a proven track record of calibration equipment both domestically and internationally within the past three years.
3.6 The Bidder or manufacturer shall have good after-sales service and technical support capability in Chinese Mainland, and shall have at least one after-sales service network and spare parts warehouse. The after-sales service shall respond within one working day and arrive at the site within three working days. The bidding documents shall provide an after-sales service commitment letter issued by the bidding party/manufacturer, and attach a list of personnel, addresses, and contact information of Chinese after-sales service institutions.
3.7 The bidder shall be the original supplier of the system or have relevant authorization certificates for the sale of original products, and can provide original technical support.
