Qualifications or Performance:1. Qualifications required for bidders: Bidders must be the manufacturer or an agent of the bid goods. If participating as an agent, an authorization letter issued by the manufacturer must be provided.
2. Consortium bidding is not accepted for this project.
3. Bidders who have not purchased the bidding documents are not eligible to participate in the bidding.
4. According to the "Notice on Implementing Joint Disciplinary Actions Against Dishonest Persons Subject to Enforcement in Bidding and Tendering Activities" issued by the Supreme People"s Court and nine other departments, bidders (or all parties in the case of a consortium bid) must not be dishonest persons subject to enforcement. The tenderer (or the bidding agency) will verify the credit status of bidders (based on the query results from the "Credit China" website www.creditchina.gov.cn on the day of bid opening). If a bidder is identified as a dishonest person subject to enforcement, the bid evaluation committee will reject their bid. If, due to force majeure on the day of bid opening, the query cannot be conducted and cannot be resumed promptly, a post-bid credit check may be performed on the winning candidate during the winning announcement period. If the winning candidate is found to be a dishonest person subject to enforcement, the tenderer will lawfully revoke their winning qualification.
