3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:*13.3-3) Performance requirements: The bidder or its bidding product manufacturer shall have at least one supply performance of the same type as this bidding in the past three years (from January 1, 2022 to the date of bid opening of this project, the performance recognition time shall be subject to the later of the effective date of the contract and the contract signing time), and a copy of the contract that meets the above requirements shall be provided in the bidding documents.
