3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1. The bidder must have legal person status, be a public institution, or be another organization legally established. Domestic bidders must provide a copy of their Business License or a copy of the Public Institution Legal Person Certificate; foreign bidders must provide a copy of their registration certificate. The evaluation committee reserves the right to verify the original documents.
2. The bidder must provide the original or a copy of a bank credit certificate issued by the bank where their basic account was opened within 3 months prior to the bid opening.
3. If the bidder is an agent, they must provide an authorization letter from the goods manufacturer (provide a copy of the original authorization letter issued by the manufacturer or a copy of the original authorization document; the authorization letter or document must demonstrate the completeness of the product manufacturer"s authorization chain for the bid products).
4. If the bidder is an agent, they must provide a valid confirmation letter from the white light interferometer equipment manufacturer regarding the main performance and specifications of the equipment in the bidding proposal for this project.
5. For bid products manufactured outside China, the bidder must have the capability to handle export procedures. If a third party is entrusted to handle the export, an "Authorization Letter" must be provided, and the bidder must commit to fulfilling all obligations and responsibilities stipulated in the contract.
6. The bidder must have at least 5 units of the same model product delivered from January 1, 2021, to the present (attach copies of the contracts). The supplier in the contract must be the bidder or the manufacturer of the bid product, and the products supplied must be produced by the manufacturer of the bid product.
7. Joint bids are not accepted for this project.
8. The bidder must have successfully purchased the bidding documents.
