Qualifications or Performance:Qualifications or Performance:The bidder is a legal person or other organization that responds to the bidding, has purchased the bidding documents from the bidding agency, and participates in the bidding competition. Any legal person from the People"s Republic of China or a country or region with normal trade with the People"s Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the "Qualified Country of Origin") is eligible to bid. The bidder must be a professional equipment manufacturer and does not accept bids from agents. The bidder shall provide the 2024 financial audit report (if the bidder has been established for less than the specified year, it shall provide the financial status statement since its establishment or the credit certificate issued by the basic account bank). The bidder has at least one ion membrane caustic soda electrolysis device with a scale of 100,000 tons of caustic soda/year or above since January 1, 2020 (January 1, 2020 refers to the starting time, and the starting time is subject to the time of signing the contract; Provide a copy of the key pages of the performance contract (with the first page of the contract, the name page of the subject, the seal or signature page, and the key pages of the contract that the bidder considers to be trade secrets, which can be covered by mosaic).
