3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1) Overseas bidders must submit a commercial registration certificate or other valid proof documents, while domestic bidders must provide a business license or public institution legal person certificate. (2) Bid Section 1: From January 1, 2024, to 7 days prior to the bid submission deadline (based on contract signing date), bidders must demonstrate proven supply experience of precious metal silver, with a minimum supply quantity of 40,000kg per single contract. Bid Sections 2 and 3: From January 1, 2024, to 7 days prior to the bid submission deadline (based on contract signing date), bidders must demonstrate proven supply experience of precious metal palladium, with a minimum supply quantity of 100kg per single contract. Bidders must submit scanned copies of performance contracts containing the above information (including both parties" seals or signatures, goods name, quantity, and signing date page). All scanned content must be clearly legible. If non-Chinese version proof materials are provided, corresponding Chinese translations of the key pages must be submitted. Failure to comply with these requirements or incomplete information will result in invalid performance records. (3) Bid Section 1: Bidders must commit to having no debt disputes with The DOW Chemical Company and not being a supplier prohibited from cooperation by The DOW Chemical Company (submit a commitment letter in self-designed format during bidding).
