Qualifications or Performance:The qualification documents submitted by the bidder to prove its ability to perform the contract after winning the bid shall include the following documents:

The supporting documents should be able to demonstrate the completeness of the authorization chain of the goods manufacturer for the tendered products. Special note: When determining the number of bidders, if the bid products of two or more bidders are produced by the same manufacturer or integrator, they shall be recognized as one bidder. Where two or more integrators or agents use the same manufacturer"s products as part of their project packages and the total price of the same products exceeds 60% of the total bid price of each project package, they shall be recognized as one bidder.
