3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:*3.1 The Bidder must be the manufacturer or a directly authorized agent of the manufacturer. If bidding as an agent, the Bidder must provide an official, exclusive and direct authorization letter from the manufacturer (for this tender); otherwise, the bid will be rejected(this project includes a manufacturer that integrates single-sided sleeve continuous partial annealing machine tools).
*3.2 The bidder must provide photocopy of business license (business registration certificate) or business permit.
*3.3 The manufacturer must have at least two manufacturing or sales experience in goods identical or similar to the content of this tender from January 1, 2015, to the bid submission deadline. A performance list for this period must be provided. The Bidder shall submit copies of relevant sales contracts (including the first and last pages of the contract, stamped pages, equipment names, models, and itemized lists, etc.) as supporting documents.
*3.4 The bidder shall offer the original or photocopy of a credit certificate issued by its opening bank within three months prior to the time of bid deadline.
*3.5 The bidders from inside the PRC Customs territory must additionally provide:
*(1) The bidder must provide the account opening permit for its basic bank account (not applicable to newly established or newly opened enterprises in the pilot area where the People"s Bank of China cancels the issuance of basic corporate account opening license);
*(2) Before the deadline？for submission of bids, if a bidder is listed as dishonest？executor？by the people"s court(s), its bid shall be rejected.
