2. For Class II and III medical devices manufactured in China, a Medical Device Production License is required; Class I medical devices must have a Medical Device Production Filing Certificate.
3. To operate Class III medical devices, a Medical Device Business License is required. For Class II medical devices, a Medical Device Business Filing Certificate is required (if the medical device registrant, filer, or manufacturer sells the products at their registered address, this certificate is not required).
4. If the imported goods submitted by the bidder are not manufactured by the bidder, the bidder shall obtain the manufacturer"s official authorization or distribution license to supply such goods in this tender.
