Qualifications or Performance:1.The supplier must hold valid and equivalent quality system certifications such as ISO 14001 and ISO 9001, and shall provide proof if available.

2.The bidder must have product users in Shanghai or mainland China with a good record of application and a reliable after-sales service guarantee system. The bidder shall provide a list of domestic sales performance and customer references for similar equipment within the Chinese market, alongside demonstrated manufacturing experience with the offered equipment type. Domestic sales performance for test rigs with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) capability must be no less than 3 units (inclusive), with no fewer than 2 successful case studies specifically for vertical dynamics HIL test rigs for shock absorbers. All referenced equipment must be in normal operation.
