The main technical requirements: This project is a "turnkey" project. The bidder is responsible for the design, manufacture, transportation, unloading, positioning, installation, commissioning, training, acceptance, quality assurance, after-sales service and technical support of the project. In case of any conflict with the business contract, the business contract shall prevail. For detailed content, please refer to Chapter 8.

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder

Bidders must submit qualification certificates that prove their ability to perform the contract after winning the bid (for details, please refer to the provisions of 13.3 in Chapter 1 of Volume 1 of the bidding documents). In addition to providing the qualification certificates as stipulated in 13.3 in Chapter 1 of Volume 1 of the bidding documents, bidders also need to provide the following documents:
(1) Bidders must be independent legal persons or other organizations responding to the tender. Bidders within the territory of the Republic of China must provide a copy of their business license printed with the unified social credit code, and bidders outside the territory must provide a copy of their registration certificate. The bid evaluation committee reserves the right to review the original documents.
(2) This project does not accept alternative proposals, nor does it accept selective quotations or quotations with additional conditions.

When bidding, the bidder should provide performance proof materials, including copies of valid contracts for independent performance projects and key pages of technical agreements (with the signing entity) Copies of relevant pages that can reflect the technical content, quantity, parameters, etc. of the performance projects meeting the requirements of the tender documents, and the original documents for verification.
