3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:①Comply with the requirements of "Qualified Bidders" under Item 2 in Chapter 1, "Instructions to Bidders", of the "International Bidding Standards for Mechanical and Electrical Products (Volume 1)".
②If the bidder is an agent, they must provide a valid power of attorney issued by the equipment manufacturer.
③ The bidder shall maintain a professional domestic after-sales service team with corresponding service institutions and maintenance capabilities for the equipment. It must provide 24-hour service response and on-site service within 48 hours, as stipulated in the format of Section 6.3 "After-sales Service Commitment Letter".
④ The bidder has sold at least two sets of four-wheel-drive chassis dynamometers in China since January 1, 2020, and the equipment has been put into use and is in normal operation. The performance list shall be provided in accordance with the format of 6.4 "Bidder"s Performance Table".
⑤ Bidders shall maintain dedicated after-sales service personnel for specialized equipment domestically, and provide relevant details including address, telephone number, number of service personnel, and contact persons. All materials must be submitted in accordance with the format specified in Section 6.3 of the "After-Sales Service Commitment Letter".
⑥If any legal disputes arise concerning the bidder or the equipment provided, the bidder shall not cause any impact or loss to the tenderer"s use of the equipment, and shall make a commitment in accordance with the format of Section 6.3 "After-Sales Service Commitment Letter".
