3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:① Comply with the provisions of Item 2 "Eligible Bidders" in Chapter 1 "Instructions to Bidders" of the Standard Bidding Documents for International Tendering of Mechanical and Electrical Products (Volume I).② If the bidder is an agent, it must provide a valid agency authorization letter issued by the equipment manufacturer.③ The bidder shall have a professional after-sales service team in China, with corresponding after-sales service institutions and maintenance capabilities for the equipment; it shall be able to provide 24-hour service response and on-site service within 48 hours, and shall submit a commitment in accordance with the format specified in 6.3 "After-sales Service Commitment Letter".④ Since January 1, 2020, the bidder shall have sold at least 2 sets of emission analyzer equipment (either domestically or overseas in China), which have been put into use and are in normal operation. A performance list shall be provided in accordance with the format specified in 6.4 "Bidder"s Performance Form".⑤ The bidder shall have dedicated equipment after-sales service personnel in China, and provide relevant information such as address, telephone number, number of service personnel, and contact person, which shall be submitted in accordance with the format specified in 6.3 "After-sales Service Commitment Letter".⑥ If the bidder or the equipment provided by the bidder is involved in any legal litigation, such litigation shall not cause any impact or loss to the tenderer"s use of the equipment. A commitment shall be submitted in accordance with the format specified in 6.3 "After-sales Service Commitment Letter".
