3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) The bidder shall be an independent legal entity or other organization with legitimate business qualifications;
2) If the bidder is a manufacturer of the bidding goods, it shall provide the "Medical Device Production License of the People"s Republic of China" or the "Filing Certificate for the Production of Class I Medical Devices" in accordance with relevant national regulations. If the bidder is an operating or sales enterprise, it shall provide the "Medical Device Operation License of the People"s Republic of China" or the "Filing Certificate for the Operation of Class II Medical Devices" in accordance with relevant national regulations. The bidder"s production or operation scope shall be consistent with the relevant national permits;
3) The bid goods shall possess a valid "Medical Device Registration Certificate" or "Filing Certificate for Class I Medical Devices" issued by the People"s Republic of China as of the bid submission deadline;
4) The bidder shall be a manufacturer specializing in the production of the equipment required for this project or an authorized agent with valid authorization;
5) The bid models provided by the bidder must have domestic installed users in China;
6) The bidder shall have no major illegal records in its business activities within the three years prior to participating in government procurement activities;
7) The bidder shall not be included in the list of (dishonest) on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn), the list of major tax violation cases, or the record of serious illegal and dishonest behaviors in government procurement on the China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn).
