3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1 The bidder must be the manufacturer of the goods being bid on or an authorized agent directly authorized by the manufacturer. If the bidder is an agent, they must provide an authorization letter issued by the manufacturer, otherwise their bid will be rejected. If the goods submitted by overseas bidders include domestic parts, the bidder must have the ability to settle in RMB, otherwise their bid will be rejected.
3.2 Bidders must provide their business license (proof of enterprise registration) or business license certificate.
3.3 Performance Requirements: From January 1, 2022 to the bidding deadline (based on the contract or order signing time), the bidding supplier should have at least one sales or manufacturing performance of a similar online grade analysis system and one sales or manufacturing performance of a similar particle size analyzer.
The supporting materials include: Please provide copies of the corresponding sales contract or sales order. The copy of the sales contract or order must reflect key information such as the signing time, product content, specifications and quantity, product performance parameters, and signatures of both parties. Otherwise, it will be considered as invalid proof material. The seller of the contract or order is recognized by the manufacturer or its agent. If the above information is not reflected in the sales contract or sales order, please attach the relevant technical agreement or other supporting documents as proof, otherwise it will be considered as invalid performance.
3.4 By the deadline for submission of bids, if a bidder is listed as a dishonest person subject to enforcement by the People"s Court or listed on the "blacklist" of poor safety production records by the Ministry of Emergency Management of the People"s Republic of China (including the former State Administration of Work Safety), their bid will be rejected.
