Performance requirements: The bidder or the manufacturer of its bid product must have at least one set of gear measuring instrument equipment with Fourier analysis software similar to this project in the application performance in the past three years (from January 1, 2022 to the day of the bid opening of this project, the performance recognition time is based on the later of the contract effective time and the contract signing time). A copy of the contract that meets the above requirements is provided in the bidding document. *2. This bidding requires bidders to provide other qualification certification documents: 2.1. (5) Being included in the "blacklist" of Dongfeng Motor Group Co., Ltd. and within the execution period.
