Qualifications or Performance:1. Class II and III medical devices must possess a medical device registration certificate, while Class I medical devices require a product filing registration certificate.
2. Class II and III medical devices manufactured within the People"s Republic of China must hold a Medical Device Production License, while Class I medical devices require a Medical Device Production Filing Certificate.
3. To operate Class III medical devices, a Medical Device Business License is required; for Class II medical devices, a Medical Device Business Filing Certificate is required.
4. If the imported goods submitted by the bidder are not manufactured by the bidder, the bidder shall obtain the manufacturer"s official authorization or distribution license to supply such goods in this tender.
5. Consortium bidding is not accepted for this project;
6. Bidders who have not obtained the tender documents are not eligible to participate in the bidding.
