The project adopts the development mode of subsea production system tying back to the newly-built cylindrical FPSO. The new-built cylindrical FPSO is located between 1d & 2d block of Kaiping 11-4 oilfield 18-1 block. The average water depth is about 500m.

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:Requirements for Qualification of Bidder and Certificates
A．★Business licence: The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined certificate and business license;The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.
B． ★ Manufacturer requirement:
The bidder must be subsea flexible pipe manufacturer. Agents shall not be allowed to bid.
C. ★Joint Venture: Not Accepted.
D. Bid without the bidding documents:NOT Available.
E. ★The bidder shall submit API 17J certificate within the validity period. And it should be possible to verify on the API certificate query website https://mycerts.api.org/Search/CompositeSearch. Original API 17J certificate shall be ready for verifying if required.

★Requirement for Bidder"s reference:
The Bidder needs to meet all below requirements:
From 1st Jan, 2015 to the deadline for submission of bids (subject to the time of signing the contract), the bidder shall have at least One(1) contract of product supply performance of, and all meet the technical requirements of subsea flexible riser (crude oil, natural gas or mixture of both above) with ID not less than 9 inches and the water depth not less than 500 meters.
- The Bidder shall provide corresponding documentary evidence. The documentary evidence shall include but not limited to: 1) copies of sales contract (Including the cover and signature page, and the relevant technical attachments) and 2) arrival and acceptance certificates (handover certificates signed by the buyer or certificates of completion signed by the end-user or temporary acceptance certificates issued by the user or release note issued by third-party classification societies). The reference evidence certification furnished by Bidder shall as least demonstrate the content show as follows: Date of signing Contract, conveying medium, Name of Goods, Name of Project, technical requirements of ID, water depth, and Receiving certificate of arrival of goods.
- If no documentary evidence furnished, or documentary evidence furnished can not demonstrate Date of signing Contract, Name of Manufacturer, Name of Goods, Name of Project, technical requirements of ID, water depth, and Receiving certificate of arrival of goods, the relevant reference will be deemed invalid.
The bidder must fill in the performance form in form Attachment 3: List of Performance.
