3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) The bidder shall be an independent legal entity or other organization with legitimate business qualifications;
2) If the bidder is a manufacturer of the bid goods, it shall provide the "Medical Device Production License of the People"s Republic of China" or the "Filing Certificate for the Production of Class I Medical Devices" in accordance with relevant national regulations. If the bidder is an operating or sales enterprise, it shall provide the "Medical Device Operation License of the People"s Republic of China" or the "Filing Certificate for the Operation of Class II Medical Devices" in accordance with relevant national regulations. The production or operation scope of the bidder shall be consistent with the relevant national permits;
3) The bidding goods shall possess a valid "Medical Device Registration Certificate" or "First-Class Medical Device Filing Certificate" of the People"s Republic of China as of the bid submission deadline;
4) The bidder must be a manufacturer specializing in the production of the required equipment or an authorized agent with valid authorization;
5) The bidding model provided by the bidder must have installed users within China;
6) The bidder has no major illegal records in business operations within the three years prior to participating in government procurement activities;
7) The bidder is not included in the list of (dishonest debtors) on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn), the list of major tax violation cases, or the record of severe illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement on the China Government Procurement website (www.ccgp.gov.cn)
