Qualifications or Performance:Qualification Requirement:This bidding requires participating suppliers to have the corresponding supply capabilities for this project and possess the qualifications listed below: bidders must be manufacturers of portable vehicle emission testing systems, and bidders within the country must provide a copy of their valid business license stamped with the bidder"s official seal. Contract Reference Requirement:The supplier shall have at least one performance (complete set) of portable in vehicle emission testing equipment (PEMS) that meets Euro VII standards, and the supplier shall issue a purchase order or contract.
