The tender documents must provide copies of contracts or orders or other valid supporting materials issued by the manufacturer, such as signed or sealed performance details.
2. If the bidder is a trading company, it must provide the manufacturer"s "Manufacturer"s Authorization Letter" for this project along with the tender documents.
