3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) The bidder shall be an independent legal entity or other organization that complies with the provisions of the "Bidding and Tendering Law of the People"s Republic of China" (domestic bidders shall provide a business license, while foreign bidders shall provide local registration documents);
2) The bidder and the manufacturer/renovator of the bid goods have no major illegal records in their business activities within the past year, have not used unfair competition methods to fraudulently secure bids, have not been involved in major economic or criminal cases, and have not had contracts terminated or been found liable in lawsuits due to any breaches, violations of laws, or breaches of business ethics (provide a written statement in the format specified in Appendix 6-3);
3) The bidding goods shall be either brand new or refurbished second-hand equipment. The bidder must provide a clear description of the bidding goods in their bid documents (for second-hand equipment, the production year and serial number must be specified);
4) The bid goods have no major operational accidents or significant quality complaints in the past three years (provide a written statement in the format of Appendix 6-3);
5) The bidder and the manufacturer/renovator of the bid goods shall possess the necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to fulfill the contract (provide a statement demonstrating professional equipment and technical capabilities);
6) The bidder must have sold no fewer than 2 pieces of the same type of dry photoresist removal equipment in wafer fabrication plants, and provide relevant supporting documents (such as orders, contracts, acceptance certificates, etc.) (supply actual installation data and customer information in the format specified in Attachment 6-4);
7) The bidder or the manufacturer/renovator of the bid goods shall have a dedicated after-sales service organization within China and a seasoned equipment maintenance team (including equipment and process engineers) to ensure users can promptly receive corresponding technical and commercial support (provide office address lease contract or property ownership certificate);
8) This project does not accept bids from agents.
9) Joint bids are not accepted for this project;
10) Bidders must complete effective registration on the designated electronic trading platform for mechanical and electrical product bidding (hereinafter referred to as the electronic trading platform, with the website address: http://www.chinabidding.com) before the bid submission deadline (due to the time required for registration review on the electronic trading platform, bidders are advised to log in as early as possible after deciding to participate in this project to check whether their registration is valid, in order to avoid delays in registration near the bid submission deadline that may affect normal bidding).
