3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1.If the goods bid by the bidder are not manufactured by the bidder itself, the bidder shall obtain a formal letter of authorization from the manufacturer permitting it to supply such goods in this bidding (see Format Ⅳ-9-4 in Chapter 9 of the Bidding Documents for the template).
2.Domestic bidders shall provide a copy of the business license (duplicate), a copy of the tax registration certificate, a copy of the organization code certificate, or a copy of the unified business license combining the three certificates (i.e., the business license, tax registration certificate, and organization code certificate); overseas bidders shall provide a copy of the company registration certificate or relevant registration information.
3.Domestic bidders shall provide the 2024 annual financial audit report issued by an accounting firm (with the official seal of the report-issuing entity affixed), or the original or a copy of the credit certificate issued by the bank where their basic deposit account is opened within three months before the bid opening; if overseas bidders are unable to provide the credit certificate issued by the bank where their basic deposit account is opened, they may provide the original or a copy of the credit certificate issued by their account-opening bank.
4.If the bidder is an overseas manufacturer of the People"s Republic of China, it shall have a resident service organization or entrust an agency in China, and be able to provide timely and effective after-sales service (at the project location); if an agent authorized by an overseas manufacturer participates in the bidding, the manufacturer shall have a resident service organization or entrust an agency in China to provide after-sales service; the bidder shall provide an introduction to the after-sales service organization and a copy of its business license (if the after-sales service organization is an agency, a letter of authorization for after-sales service issued by the manufacturer shall be provided).
5.Potential bidders who have not purchased the Bidding Documents shall not participate in the bidding.
6.Consortium bids are not accepted for this project.
7.Bidders who have not successfully registered (and completed valid annual inspection) on the Electronic Trading Platform for Mechanical and Electrical Products Bidding and Tendering (http://www.chinabidding.com) or Bidding China Network (http://www.ebnew.com/) by the bid submission deadline specified in the Bidding Documents shall not be eligible to participate in the bidding.
