3) The goods being tendered should have a valid "Medical Device Registration Certificate of the People"s Republic of China" or "First-Class Medical Device Filing Certificate" as of the bid submission deadline.
4) The bidder must be a professional manufacturer of the equipment required for this tender or an authorized agent.

6) The bidder should have no major illegal records in business activities within the three years prior to participating in government procurement activities.
