Qualifications or Performance:(1) The bidder is an independent legal person or other organization with legitimate business qualifications (provide copies of the bidder"s business license or business registration certificate); (2) The tenderer"s proposed equipment should be technologically mature and the tendered equipment or similar equipment should have similar sales performance in the same industry (provide a user list or other supporting materials); (3) If the goods provided by the bidder are not manufactured by the bidding party itself, the bidder shall provide the official authorization of the manufacturer (provide an authorization from the manufacturer); (4) The equipment invested is newly manufactured from the original factory and has not been used by a third party (provide a letter of commitment); (5) Have good credibility in the course of business and are free from illegal business practices and unfair competitive behaviour (provide a letter of commitment); (F) Equipment manufacturers or their agents outside China need to prove that they have a branch or office in Chinese Mainland and provide service guarantee (provide after-sales service terms, address of after-sales service agencies).
The above supporting documents shall be genuine and valid within the specified period, otherwise they may be deemed to be a non-substantive response to the solicitation documents and rejected.
A bidder who fails to meet performance requirements and eligibility criteria may be deemed to have responded substantially to the solicitation documents and rejected.
