3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:*1) For overseas bidders, the relevant certificates registered in the operating location according to the laws of the country (region);
*2) Domestic bidders must provide a copy of the business license of the corporate legal person, a copy of the organization code certificate, and a copy of the tax registration certificate (if the enterprise documents have been integrated into a single certificate, the organization code certificate and tax registration certificate are not required). Additionally, a unique authorization letter from the legal person for this project, the ID card of the authorized representative, the bank basic account opening permit, and a formal authorization letter from the manufacturer or the national general agent of the manufacturer (only unique authorization is accepted) must be submitted. All the above documents must be provided in one set of clear, complete, and valid photocopies (with the company seal affixed);
*3) The bidder shall submit a configuration list of the equipment being tendered;
*4) The bidder or manufacturer shall provide a written commitment on after-sales service;
*5) The bidder shall provide the original copy of a credit certificate issued by its account-opening bank within three months prior to the bid opening date, or a photocopy of such original (if the credit certificate explicitly states that photocopies are invalid, the original must be submitted, and the tendering institution reserves the right to review the original). Alternatively, the bidder may submit financial audit reports for the past three years issued by a certified public accounting firm.
