Qualifications or Performance:1. Tenderers shall be independent legal persons or other organisations complying with the provisions of the Bidding Law of the People"s Republic of China;
2. Tenderers shall be either the manufacturer of the tendered products or their authorised agent. Agents submitting tenders must provide formal authorisation from the manufacturer for this specific project;
3. 4. Legal persons or other organisations entrusted to provide services such as overall design, specification drafting, project management, supervision, or testing during the project"s preliminary phase shall not participate in bidding for the entrusted project, nor shall they prepare tender documents or provide consultancy services for bidders in that project;
