拟采购的货物或服务的说明：

采用单一来源采购方式的原因及说明：1.我院现有主力机型飞利浦Ingenuity Core128/Elite China和Allura Xper FD20，皆为飞利浦（中国）投资有限公司独家研发和生产。
2.本次拟采购的维保服务包含有设备核心配件“球管”和“平板探测器”。Ingenuity Core128/Elite China和Allura Xper FD20医疗器械注册证的产品结构与组成、产品技术要求中已明确“球管”和“平板探测器”的具体型号，根据国家《医疗器械注册管理办法》（2014新版）第四十九条规定，非同一型号的“球管”和“平板探测器”不符合本项目维修设备医疗器械注册证的要求。
3.本项目须提供原厂合法、合规的全新备件，以及原厂系统软件及硬件的安全性改版升级和技术支持，具有不可替代性和唯一性。
综上所述，根据《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第三十一条的相关规定，特申请该项目采用单一来源方式采购。
