3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:A legal person, other organization or natural person registered in accordance with the Company Law of the People"s Republic of China and capable of independently bearing civil liability, meeting the provisions of Article 22, Paragraph 1 of the Government Procurement Law of the People"s Republic of China. And it has the corresponding supply capacity in terms of personnel, equipment and funds.
