3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) If the goods invested by the bidder are not manufactured by the bidder himself, the bidder shall obtain the original official authorization from the manufacturer to provide the goods in this bid;
2) Documents proving that the bidder has the financial, technical and production capacity required to perform the contract;
3) The products invested by the bidder must be mature products. Since January 1, 2021 (subject to the signing date of the contract), there must be at least three copies of the performance of the same model or series of long-wave equipment in China, and a copy of the contract and invoice (at least one copy) should be provided.
4) The original credit certificate issued by the bidder"s bank within three months before the bid opening date (the domestic bidder"s credit certificate must be issued by the bank that opened the basic account);
5) Relevant contents required in Chapter IV of the International Competitive Bidding Document for Mechanical and Electrical Products (Volume I);
6) Other qualification documents required by the bidder in this tender:
A. A copy of the business license of the bidder (applicable to domestic bidders) or a copy of the enterprise registration certificate (applicable to overseas bidders);
B original power of attorney of the person in charge of the bidder"s unit (the person in charge of the unit is the legal representative when the domestic bidder bids);
