Qualifications or Performance:1.Bidders shall be independent legal persons or other organizations that comply with the provisions of the "Bidding and Tendering Law of the People"s Republic of China".
2. Bidders should be the manufacturers of the bidding products or their legal agents. If an agent bids, it should provide the formal authorization from the manufacturer of the bidding products for this project.

Late submissions will not be processed. Suppliers who fail to obtain the tender documents as required will not be eligible to bid.
