(2) Once awarded the bid, the bidder must be a signatory to the contract for this project signed with the tenderer. If a bidder does not have the ability to sign a contract with the tenderer, its bid will be rejected. (Note: In a tender, the bidder must be the winner and sign the contract. It is not allowed for Party A to bid and Party B to sign the contract.)"
