Overview:Due to production needs, Ningbo Daxie Container Terminal Co., Ltd. has specially tendered to purchase a ship shore based power system with a high-voltage output capacity of not less than 5MVA (requiring the use of a high high scheme); Two sets of ship shore based power supply systems with a low-voltage output capacity of not less than 800kVA are installed at Substation 6 of Ningbo Daxie Container Terminal Phase II Project.
Source of Funds:the funds required for the project have been implemented.

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1 Submit all documents required by Section 13.3 of the first volume of the bidding documents to prove that the bidder will be able to perform the contract after winning the bid;
3.2 Comply with relevant technical standards of the People"s Republic of China;
3.3 Specific Qualifications for Bidders:
3.3.1 The bidder must be the manufacturer or agent (or integrator) of the variable frequency power supply equipment for this bidding. If the bidder is an agent (or integrator), they must provide an authorization letter issued by the manufacturer for this project.
3.3.2 The brand of variable frequency power supply successfully operated in coastal ports with a capacity of 4MVA or above from January 1, 2020 to present (based on the date of contract signing) has achieved high performance in variable frequency power supply (high high scheme). The bidding documents shall provide key pages of the contract (including the first page of the contract, signature and seal pages, and relevant content that can reflect the high scheme and power capacity) as well as copies of the ship and port joint certification documents stamped with official seals.
3.4 According to the Notice on the Joint Punishment of Dishonest Persons Subject to Enforcement in Tendering and Bidding Activities issued by the Supreme People"s Court and nine other departments, bidders shall not be dishonest persons subject to enforcement. The tenderer (bidding agency) will conduct a query on the bidder"s dishonest information (specifically based on the query on the "Credit China" website www.creditchina. gov.cn on the day of bid opening). If the bidder is a dishonest debtor, the evaluation committee will reject their bid. If on the day of bid opening, due to force majeure events, it is impossible to query and cannot be restored temporarily, the winning candidate can be queried afterwards during the bidding announcement period. If the winning candidate is a dishonest person who has been executed, the tenderer will cancel their qualification to win the bid in accordance with the law.
3.5 Bidders or their installation partners must have a second level or above qualification for general contracting of power engineering construction or a second level or above qualification for general contracting of mechanical and electrical engineering construction. If there is an installation cooperation unit, the bidder shall specify the installation cooperation unit and provide relevant agreements during the bidding process.
