Qualifications or Performance:1) The bidder shall be an independent legal entity or other organization with legal operating qualifications;
2) If the bidder is the manufacturer of the bidding goods, it shall provide the "Medical Device Production License of the People"s Republic of China" or the "First-Class Medical Device Production Filing Certificate" in accordance with relevant national regulations; if the bidder is a sales enterprise, it shall provide the "Medical Device Operation License of the People"s Republic of China" or the "Second-Class Medical Device Operation Filing Certificate" in accordance with relevant national regulations. The bidder"s production or business scope shall be consistent with the relevant national permits;
3) The bidding goods shall possess a valid "Medical Device Registration Certificate" or "First-Class Medical Device Filing Certificate" of the People"s Republic of China as of the bid submission deadline;
4) The bidder shall be the manufacturer specializing in the production of the required equipment for this project, or an authorized agent with valid authorization;
5) The bidding models provided by the bidder must have installed users within China;
6) The bidder has no major illegal records in business operations within the three years prior to participating in government procurement activities;
7) The bidder has no record of bribery-related crimes since commencing business operations;
8) The bidder is not included in the list of (dishonest) on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn), the list of major tax violation cases, or the list of serious illegal and dishonest behavior records in government procurement on the China Government Procurement website (www.ccgp.gov.cn).
